Kalm Kanine currently ships CBD-containing pet products only to eligible addresses within Florida.

We do not ship CBD-containing pet products across state lines.

Kalm Kanine reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when the sale, possession, transportation, or delivery of a product may be restricted or prohibited by applicable law, regulation, carrier requirements, or other applicable restrictions.

Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times presented during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and circumstances outside Kalm Kanine’s control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, contact Kalm Kanine within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable.
